Ummm... wow. I read this scary statistic over at the Heart Truth (home of the red dress campaign): An astonishing 80 percent of women ages 40 to 60 have one or more risk factor for heart disease.
I don't have the risk factors of being a smoker, obesity, high blood pressure or cholesterol, but my diet is terrible and I don't exercise. I realize as I get closer to 40, I need to start taking better care of myself so that I can be here to enjoy my children, and hopefully grandchildren, as long as possible. Time to start the diet and exercise plan I've been putting off for, well, ever!

It is very important when things like heart diease run in your family. With soon to be four kids I need to think more about this NOW at age 31 and not wait until I am in my 40 and up and show signs!!!
Congrats, ladies! Please send your address along to me!
Awesome. Thank you!
